When and how do I get paid?
Confirmed commission is paid monthly on the 1st by ACH deposit to a U.S. bank account. Before your first payout you complete payout setup: name, address, bank details and a signed IRS Form W-9. Commission earned before setup is held, not forfeited.
How long does a referral last?
Your link sets a 30-day referral. If the customer orders within that window, the sale is credited to you. If they used more than one partner’s link, the most recent one is credited.
Do I earn on reorders?
Yes. You earn 20% on every order attributed to you, whether it is the customer’s first order or a reorder.
Does my code stack with your deals?
Your code works with our Buy 2 multi-buy deals. It does not combine with the first-order welcome offer, the Half-Kit Bundle or other coupon codes, and it applies to retail orders only.
Can I use my own code?
No. Orders you place yourself, or through someone else, do not earn commission.
Where is After Hours Labs based?
Tampa, Florida. After Hours Labs LLC is a Florida limited liability company, and orders are fulfilled from Tampa.
Do I need to be in Florida to join?
No. The partner program is open to partners across the United States. Payouts are made by ACH to a U.S. bank account.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Commission on refunded, cancelled, charged-back or fraudulent orders is reversed and may be deducted from a future payout.
