Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the After Hours Labs affiliate program, operated by After Hours Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“After Hours Labs,” “we,” “us”). By applying, accepting a code, or promoting After Hours Labs, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; on affiliate matters, these Terms control.

1. Commission and customer discount

  • Commission. You earn 20% on every order attributed to you under Section 2, whether it is a customer’s first order or a reorder. There are no tiers or volume thresholds.
  • Customer discount. Your code gives your customers 10% off products, unless we agree a different discount with you in writing.
  • How it is calculated. Commission is based on the product subtotal the customer paid after their discount. Shipping and tax are excluded, and free items earn nothing.
  • Live Stream Boost. From your dashboard you can move 5 or 10 percentage points of your commission to your customers’ discount (for example, 15% commission and 15% off). It turns itself off after 12 hours, you can end it sooner, and we may lock it on your account. The split is fixed when the customer checks out.
  • Recruiting partners. If someone opens your network link and signs up within 30 days, they become your recruit. You then earn an extra 5% of the product amount paid on every order credited to that recruit, for as long as you both remain in the program. We pay this; it never reduces your recruit’s commission. It covers one level only, you may not recruit yourself, and if a recruit’s commission is reversed under Section 4, your share of that order is reversed too.

2. How a sale is attributed to you

Your link sets a referral that lasts 30 days. If the customer orders within that window, the sale is yours on a last-touch basis: when a customer has used more than one affiliate link, the most recent one is credited.

Codes do not combine. If an order uses the first-order welcome offer, the Half-Kit Bundle, or a different discount code, it is not credited to you, even if the customer arrived on your link. Our Buy 2 multi-buy deals are not codes and do work with your code.

3. Payment and tax

Commission is confirmed once an order is paid. Confirmed commission is paid monthly, on the 1st, by ACH deposit to the U.S. bank account in your payout setup.

Before we can pay you, you must complete payout setup in your partner dashboard: your name and address, your bank account, and a signed IRS Form W-9. Payouts are available only to U.S. persons with a U.S. bank account. Commission earned before setup is complete is held, not forfeited, and is paid on the first scheduled date after you finish.

You are an independent contractor and are responsible for all taxes on what you earn. We may be required to report payments to you to the IRS (for example on Form 1099) once they reach the applicable threshold. Keep your payout and tax details current.

4. When commission is reversed

Commission is reversed, and may be deducted from a future payout, when:

  • the order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent;
  • the order is your own, or was placed by you through another person; or
  • the sale resulted from activity prohibited under Section 5.

5. How you may and may not promote us

This is the most important section and the one we will terminate over. Our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use, and regulators treat what you publish about them as something we said. You must also comply with all applicable law, including the FTC Act and Endorsement Guides and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. ch. 501, part II).

You may not, in any post, video, caption, story, comment, direct message, or private conversation:

  • state or imply that any product is for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, or cosmetic purpose;
  • give or discuss dosing, protocols, cycles, stacking, reconstitution ratios, or administration, including when framed as “for research purposes”;
  • make or imply any claim about results, outcomes, benefits, safety, or efficacy, including weight loss, muscle gain, healing, recovery, anti-aging, or tanning;
  • post before-and-after imagery, personal-experience or personal-results content, or testimonials about using a product;
  • compare our products to an approved drug or use approved-drug brand names to describe them;
  • collect or ask for anyone’s health information, goals, conditions, or medications;
  • promote to anyone under 21, or on any platform or placement aimed at minors.

What you may do is talk about verification: third-party testing, what a Certificate of Analysis contains and how to read it, how to check a lot’s access code with the issuing laboratory, purity and identity methods, what we test for and why, and how to tell a real certificate from a fabricated one.

Disclosure. You must clearly disclose that you are paid, in the post itself (#ad or #partner, visible without expanding a caption), on every piece of content that carries your link or code. You may not present yourself as an independent reviewer or ordinary customer.

Advertising limits. You may not:

  • bid on our brand name or misspellings of it in paid search, or run paid ads for our products on any platform;
  • post your code to coupon, deal, or discount-aggregator sites (commission on sales traced to those placements is void);
  • represent yourself as After Hours Labs or as speaking for us; or
  • send marketing texts, calls, or emails about our products except in compliance with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059), the TCPA, and CAN-SPAM, including prior express written consent where required.

6. Takedown, strikes, suspension, and termination

If we ask you to remove or amend content, you agree to do so within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, and immediately for any breach of Section 5. On termination for breach, unpaid commission is forfeited. You may leave at any time; commission already confirmed and not caused by a breach will be paid on the next scheduled date.

We may record a strike on your account, with the reason, when we believe you have breached these Terms. Strikes are warnings shown in your partner dashboard and emailed to you. They do not suspend you by themselves, but repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension or termination.

7. Your account, our marks, and your status

You are responsible for all activity under your account and code. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of After Hours Labs, and you have no authority to bind us.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name, logo, and approved assets solely to promote us under these Terms. It ends when your participation does. You may not register domains, social handles, or business names containing our brand. Your code can be changed only with our approval; once a change is approved, your old code stops working.

8. Changes, liability, and Florida law

Changes. We may change commission rates, the customer discount, the attribution window, or these Terms. Changes take effect when posted and apply to sales made after that date; sales already confirmed are unaffected. We may also restructure or discontinue the program, including where a change in law, our licensing, or our business makes a commission-based referral arrangement inappropriate, on notice to the email on your account.

No warranty. The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and nothing here is a projection of income.

Indemnity. You will defend and indemnify After Hours Labs against third-party claims, regulatory actions, and losses arising from content you publish or conduct that breaches Section 5.

Limit of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the commission confirmed and payable to you in the three months before the claim.

Governing law and venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and each party consents to that venue. EACH PARTY WAIVES TRIAL BY JURY. In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

General. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement on the affiliate program.
