CJC-1295 No DAC Research Overview
CJC-1295 No DAC, also called Modified GRF (1–29), is a 29-amino-acid GHRH analog with four amino-acid substitutions that make it markedly more resistant to enzymatic degradation than native GHRH(1–29). CJC-1295 No DAC is supplied for qualified in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only.
Compound profile
- Compound class: Modified GHRH(1–29) analog (Mod GRF 1–29)
- Modifications: Four amino-acid substitutions for enzymatic stability (positions 2, 8, 15 and 27)
- Molecular weight: ≈ 3367.9 g/mol
- Form: Lyophilized powder in a sealed vial
- Testing: Third-party HPLC purity and identity, batch-matched COA
Research context
Without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) that extends the half-life of CJC-1295 with DAC, this version produces short, pulse-like GHRH receptor activation. It is used in GH/IGF-axis research to model physiological GH pulses and is very commonly paired with the ghrelin-receptor agonist Ipamorelin to study synergy between GHRH and ghrelin-receptor signaling.
Storage and handling
Store unopened lyophilized vials sealed and protected from light — at −20 °C for long-term storage, or 2–8 °C for short-term use. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C, minimize freeze–thaw cycles and rely on your laboratory’s own validated stability data.
Quality and documentation
